Con l’ultimo aggiornamento abbiamo migliorato la UX e aggiunto caratteristiche importanti alla versione gratuita. Ad esempio, nelle versioni precedenti mancavano alcune caratteristiche essenziali come le opzioni “filtra per categoria” o “filter per tag”. Abbiamo lavorato sodo per rilasciare un plugin gratuito che funzioni in modo ottimale per i nostri utenti. Se comunque vuoi qualcosa di più (come un design mobile-friendly ispirato dai più grandi siti e-commerce), dai un’occhiata alle caratteristiche che offriamo nell’eccezionale versione premium:

  • Due layout aggiuntivi per il filtro colore: bicolore e immagine (per rappresentare meglio gradazioni, consistenza, modelli…)
  • Layout aggiuntivo: etichetta/immagine. Carica icone, foto e immagini per identificare i termini
  • Scegli la posizione del pulsante Resetta (sopra i prodotti, sopra o sotto l’area filtri)
  • Scegli se mostrare o meno i filtri attivi (con X per rimuoverli) e la loro posizione (sopra i prodotti, sopra o sotto l’area filtri)
  • Finestra modale su dispositivo mobile: un layout per i filtri ottimizzato al 100% per i dispositivi mobili!   • Mostra un tooltip facoltativo per i termini al passaggio del mouse
  • Mostra i filtri come toggle (aperti o chiusi da predefinito)
  • Mostra o nascondi il conteggio dei termini
  • Adoptive filtering: scegli se nascondere i termini non disponibili (come nella versione gratuita) o lasciarli visibili ma non cliccabili (solo nella versione premium)
  • Scegli se nascondere automaticamente i termini vuoti e i prodotti non disponibili
  • Personalizza i colori e lo stile dell’area filtri tramite l’apposita scheda “Personalizzazione” (colori, dimensione campioni colore, select e checkbox, ecc.)
  • Carica un loader personalizzato
  • Gestione dei permalink: scegli se mantenere invariati i permalink, cambiarli aggiungendo i termini filtrati o se usarne uno user-friendly personalizzato più breve (per una condivisione migliore!)
  • Usa i filtri istantanei AJAX o mostra un pulsante per applicare i filtri manualmente senza AJAX
  • Scegli se mostrare il risultato dei filtri sulla stessa pagina o su una nuova

Installazione

  1. Decomprimi il file zip scaricato.
  2. Carica la cartella del plugin nella directory wp-content/plugins/ del tuo sito WordPress.
  3. Attiva YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter dalla pagina Plugins.

FAQ

Sto usando i widget di YITH AJAX Product Filter nella mia barra laterale; posso continuare ad usarli o devo passare al preset?

Con la versione 4.x i widget continueranno a funzionare e continueremo a supportarli nelle prossime versioni. Consigliamo di provare il sistema di preset e, se ti piace, passare dai widget ai preset (abbiamo incluso uno strumento per aiutarti nella transizione al nuovo sistema)
Prima o poi rimuoveremo i vecchi widget ma ci accerteremo di comunicarlo per tempo 🙂

Come posso aggiornare al nuovo sistema di Preset?

Sarà semplice come fare clic su un pulsante: aggiornando alla versione 4.x, se stai già usando i widget del plugin, il sistema aggiungerà automaticamente una nota nelle pagine dei preset
Facendo clic su quella nota potrai avviare lo strumento per la conversione automatica per creare il preset dalla configurazione della barra laterale corrente.
Dopo aver creato i preset dovrai solo usare il widget YITH AJAX Filter Preset nella barra laterale, sostituendo i widget precedenti, e selezionare i preset che preferisci.

Se hai nascosto in modo accidentale il popup di Aggiornamento, non preoccuparti: puoi attivare la stessa procedura da WooCommerce -> Stato -> Strumenti

Dove posso vedere il plugin in azione?

Ho installato il plugin ma non tutti i filtri selezionati vengono mostrati a frontend

Il nostro plugin nasconde automaticamente i filtri che non hanno elementi corrispondenti con la selezione dei prodotti corrente (funziona soprattutto sulle pagine negozio o tassonomie di prodotto)
Se ritieni che i filtri non siano corretti, puoi provare a svuotare i transient del plugin da WooCommerce -> Stato -> Strumenti utilizzando il pulsante dedicato.

Ho installato il plugin ed ora sulla mia pagina negozio mancano alcuni dei prodotti

Il nostro plugin non cambia la lista prodotti finché non viene attivato un filtro
Se ritieni che stia succedendo qualcosa di anomalo con la selezione corrente dei prodotti dovresti provare a svuotare i transient del plugin andando su WooCommerce -> Stato -> Strumenti e usare l’apposito pulsante.

È compatibile con tutti i temi WordPress?

Non è possibile rendere tutti i temi compatibili in quanto ce ne sono troppi che non seguono gli standard raccomandati da WooCommerce. In linea di massima però, se i temi sono stati sviluppati secondo le linee guida di WordPress e WooCommerce sono compatibili con i plugin YITH.
Per un risultato ottimale, consigliamo di usare i nostri plugin in combinazione con il nostro fantastico tema YITH Proteo disponibile per il download gratuito su WordPress.org
Se riscontri delle incompatibilità con il tuo tema attuale non esitare a riportarle sul nostro forum di supporto e faremo del nostro meglio per renderlo ufficialmente compatibile

Dopo aver applicato i filtri la pagina non funziona o mancano degli elementi

Potrebbe essere dovuto ad una incompatibilità con il tema in uso. Spesso è causato dall’inizializzazione JS mancante dopo l’applicazione dei filtri, ma anche da alcuni elementi del tema (ad esempio barre laterali o titoli) mancanti dopo il caricamento
Consigliamo di testare il plugin con un tema twenty predefinito
Se il problema persiste, potrebbe trattarsi di qualcosa specifico nel plugin e ti invitiamo pertanto a riportarlo sul forum di supporto
Se invece il problema è relativo ad un’incompatibilità con il tuo tema, la soluzione migliore è contattare gli sviluppatori. Puoi comunque riportarlo per conoscenza sul nostro forum di supporto così avremo la possibilità di programmare dei test.

Come posso ricevere supporto se il mio plugin per WooCommerce non funziona?

Se hai problemi con i nostri plugin WooCommerce o qualcosa non sta funzionando come dovrebbe, prima di tutto segui questi passaggi preliminari:

  • Testa il plugin con un tema di default WordPress per assicurarti che l’errore non sia causato dal tema che stai attualmente utilizzando.
  • Disattiva tutti i plugin che stai usando e verifica se il problema è ancora presente.
  • Assicurati che le versioni del tuo plugin, del tuo tema e del tuo WordPress e WooCommerce (se richiesto) siano aggiornate e che il problema che stai riscontrando non sia già stato risolto in un recente aggiornamento del plugin.

Se nessuna delle azioni elencate ti è stata d’aiuto nel risolvere il problema, invia un ticket nel forum e descrivi accuratamente il problema, specificando le versioni WordPress e WooCommerce che stai usando e qualsiasi altra informazione utile per aiutarci a risolvere il tuo problema il più velocemente possibile. Be warned – serious exploit bug and terrible support

Be warned - YITH Product filter plugin contains some serious exploits, which are used by bot networks to DoS a site. After explaining the issue multiple times to YITH, showing detailed server log files, they are refusing to acknowledge a potential issue - instead they keep asking for a Live login, which we can't provide for many reasons. YITH are unwilling to investigate on their own servers - instead they expect you to set up a test server for them, demonstrating how their plugin doesn't work. They have been extremely unhelpful - and so far have refused our money back.

I tried multiple product filters and none of them worked with my divi page for all products. I have worked with yith before but this time I have forgotten about it. but I didn't find a mobile friendly settings for it ...

Slows down the site, If you make the wrong decision and actually buy this plug in, note that they misled you and have a tacit subscription in place. they just charge your account the following year without even sending a email invoice. just just you don't notice it. They do not accept refunds requests.
