What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team and we’ll arrange a free pickup.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they enter processing and can no longer be changed. Reach out to support as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
