Da das Plugin seit Monaten nichts synchronisiert hat, ich habe versucht das Konto neu einzubinden. Seitdem ist keine Synchroniseirung möglich (Fehlermeldung: Attempt 1: { “code”: 400, “message”: “verification failed” } ) Ich habe das Plugin neu installiert, cache gelöscht etc. Habe auch ein Support-Ticket eröffnet, aber noch immer keine Antwort bekommen. Man kann die Checkbox für den Newsletter, welche auf der Kassenseite angezeigt wird, in den Woocommerce Einstellungen –> Cleverreach mit “Disable checkbox on checkout” deaktivieren. Allerdings wird dann nur der Text entfernt und die leere Checkbox bleibt. Im Kundenkonto wird die Checkbox für den Newsletter auch angezeigt. Ich habe keine Möglichkeit die Checkbox zu entfernen. So leider unbrauchbar. Ob die Übertragung von Geburtstagen, Kaufdaten usw. klappt, konnte ich nicht testen, weil ich den Shop mit den o.g. checkbox-Problemen nicht online schalten möchte. Habe das Plugin deswegen wieder deaktiviert und gelöscht. Edit: Der Support hat sich meine Seite angeschaut. Mein Theme hat CSS Einstellungen überschrieben. Ich habe eine Version erhalten, bei der jetzt alles richtig angezeigt wird. Die Fehlerbehebung wird mit dem nächsten Update ausgerollt. Prima Support!

Although there is a translation file existing it does only show the text in English. Also there is no customization of the newsletter sign up checkbox possible. Update 13.01.2020: CleverReach has fixed the issue. Now it works – 5 stars.

Alte Titel: funktioniert leider nur teilweise Plug-in in Shop installiert. Er verbindet sich mit CleverReach Account, (OK) und lade alle E-Mailadressen von Shop Kunden hoch. (nicht ganz OK, aber gut kann man nachher korrigieren) Plug-in Description ist einfach Marketing für CleverReach und nicht was Plug-in tut. (Nicht OK) Im support Forum gibt es ein Mail darüber. Beim Checkout Dialog, Plug-in generiert ein Checkbox: “Subscribe to newsletter” Super! nun ich mochte das in Deutsch. (nicht OK) Vergeblich sucht man die Einstellungen. (es gibt nicht, OK es gibt nicht) Gibt es Screenshot für Installation? No. (nicht OK) Support Form Anfrage. Pauschale Antwort die mehrere minus Sterne verdient. (ultra nicht OK) KORREKTUR Offizielle Support Anfrage hat doch was gebracht!!! Es gibt KEINE Einstellung wo Sie die “Subscribe to newsletter” ändern können. (nicht OK) Und die Deutsche Übersetzung ist nicht komplett, also noch nicht fertig, deswegen keine Deutsche Satz dort… (nicht OK) Wie versprochen ein Sternchen mehr, da doch eine logische Antwort gekommen ist.

You can create your own automation per store and increase your sales with this reminder email.   • The user can decide for himself who will be actively transferred. Before the initial import of the data, the user can select whether only newsletter recipients, purchasing customers or other contacts should be transferred. Of course, everything can be selected.   • Complete bidirectional synchronization (WooCommerce CleverReach). The data is synchronized in both directions. If the address in the record at CleverReach changes, this is also transferred to WooCommerce. Unsubscribes in CleverReach system will also be transferred to WooCommerce, as usual, and set the customer in WooCommerce to “email status = inactive”. Example: If the recipient added, updated, signed up for newsletter or unsubscribed in CleverReach, these changes will be passed to WooCommerce. The other way around from WooCommerce to CleverReach as well, of course.
  • Tag based email creation process in the old CleverReach editor is available.
  • New data fields: Number of orders & total spend across all orders. Example: Using the “Number of Orders” data field, I can filter by how many orders a KD has placed to specifically target KDs that have placed more than 50 orders. With the field “Total orders spent” I can, for example, write to all KDs who have spent more than 1000 euros in my store.
  • For new customers, an email draft is automatically created to facilitate onboarding.
  • Use of product categories, product tags, product attributes & product manufacturer as tags. Example: A customer has bought a black Adidas shoe from the category Shoes – This results in the following tags in CR for this recipient: WooCommerce-Category.Shoes // WooCommerce-Color.Black // WooCommerce-Manufacturer.Adidas – These tags can be used for a more targeted segmentation.
  • Migration from v2 users to v3. Existing CleverReach users using the WooCommerce integration will be easily migrated to the new version without the need to re-register. Within the migration process, all WooCommerce customers who have activated the newsletter will be automatically transferred to CleverReach as active recipients. Other recipient groups (purchase customers or contacts) are neither synchronized nor deleted in CleverReach. The merchant can activate the synchronization of contacts or purchase customers under the “Sync Settings” tab at any time after the migration.
