from your pages, posts, and products. No manual training required — just activate,

Data sent to these services includes: the user’s chat message and relevant content
chunks from your site (used to generate contextual responses). No personal user 
data is sent unless included in the chat message by the visitor.

## Installazione

 1. Upload the `contentreply-ai` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu
 3. Go to ContentReply AI > Settings
 4. Enter your API key (Groq, Gemini, or OpenAI)
 5. Configure widget appearance
 6. The chatbot will appear on your site automatically

## FAQ

### Do I need an OpenAI account?

No. The plugin supports three AI providers: Groq (completely free, no credit card),
Google Gemini (free tier available), and OpenAI (paid). You only need an account
with one of them.

### Is it really free to use?

Yes. Choose Groq as your AI provider — it offers a generous free tier with no credit
card required. You can also use Google Gemini’s free tier or OpenAI’s paid service.

### What content does it index?

By default, it indexes all published pages and posts. You can configure which post
types to include in Settings.

### Can I customize the chatbot appearance?

Yes. You can change the bot name, colors, position, welcome message, and fallback
message from the settings page.

### Is it GDPR compliant?

The plugin stores conversations locally. No data is shared with third parties except
the AI provider for generating responses. You should mention AI chatbot usage in
your privacy policy.
