Con Cresta Help Chat puoi consentire ai tuoi utenti o clienti di contattarti tramite WhatsApp semplicemente facendo clic su un pulsante. Gli utenti possono contattarti direttamente in messaggi privati sul tuo numero WhatsApp e continuare la conversazione su WhatsApp web o sull’applicazione WhatsApp (da cellulare).
Puoi utilizzare il pulsante mobile che si trova in basso a destra nel sito o un pulsante all’interno di articoli o pagine utilizzando lo shortcode [cresta-help-chat text=”Need Help?” icon=”yes” position=”top”].
Cresta Help Chat è compatibile con WooCommerce e WPML.

Installazione
- Decomprimi cresta-whatsapp-chat.zip
- Carica la cartella ‘cresta-whatsapp-chat” nella directory ‘/wp-content/plugins/’
- Attiva il plugin tramite il menu “Plugin” nella bacheca di WordPress
- Vai nella tua bacheca di WordPress in “Menu principale -> Impostazioni -> Cresta Help Chat” per impostare le opzioni

Sì, basta modificare la pagina/articolo in cui desideri nascondere la casella, trovare il metabox chiamato “Cresta Help Chat” e selezionare la casella “Nascondi Cresta Help Chat in questa pagina”.
