**Cryptoway Payments** adds crypto to your WooCommerce checkout. Customers pay in
USDT, Bitcoin and other coins on a Cryptoway payment page in your brand: your logo,
your colours and the layout you pick. In your Cryptoway project you decide whether
the customer covers the Cryptoway fee and whether to add a markup. Every order shows
what was invoiced and what was paid, and a statistics screen sums it up for any
period, with CSV export.

At checkout the customer chooses Cryptoway, picks a coin and network on the payment
page and pays from any wallet. Cryptoway notifies your store and the order moves
to Processing with a note.

Developed and maintained by **Cryptoway**, the payment service itself, so this is
the official Cryptoway plugin. It works with the block and classic checkout and
with HPOS, and shows no ads or upsell notices.

#### 🚀 Core features

 * USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX, BNB, POL and GRAM on the networks listed below
 * The payment page in your brand: logo, accent colour, light or dark theme, one
   card or two columns
 * A markup and the Cryptoway fee on the customer, set in your Cryptoway project
 * Auto-convert on deposit into the currency you pick
 * A Cryptoway box on every order: payment status, invoiced and paid amounts, coin,
   transaction hash
 * Statistics for any period, with CSV export
 * Block and classic checkout, HPOS
 * No ads or upsell notices

#### 🪙 Coins and networks

**USDT** on six networks

 * Tron (TRC-20)
 * Ethereum (ERC-20)
 * BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20)
 * Polygon
 * Arbitrum
 * The Open Network

**Coins**

 * BTC on Bitcoin
 * ETH on Ethereum (ERC-20) and Arbitrum
 * LTC on Litecoin
 * TRX on Tron (TRC-20)
 * BNB on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20)
 * POL on Polygon
 * GRAM on The Open Network

The customer picks the coin and network on the payment page. There is nothing to
set per coin in the store.

#### 🎨 In your Cryptoway project

Set these on the project’s Settings tab in your Cryptoway account. Nothing needs
to change in the store.

 * **Checkout branding:** accent colour, logo, theme (light, dark or follow the
   payer) and a brand glow around the invoice, with a preview.
 * **Checkout layout:** one card, or two columns with the invoice on the left and
   the payment step on the right.
 * **Fees and markup:** who pays the Cryptoway fee (you, the customer, or a share
   of each) and a markup. New rules apply to new invoices. Keep the markup at zero
   or above: with a discount (a minus markup) the invoice is below the order total,
   and the plugin puts the order on hold for you to check.
 * **Auto-convert on deposit:** incoming coins are converted to the currency you
   pick.

#### 💳 On the payment page

 * The amount in the chosen coin, its approximate value in the order currency, and
   the network.
 * A QR code, and the address and amount with copy buttons.
 * The time left to pay: 60 minutes by default, 15 to 1440 in the plugin settings.
   The page updates itself while it waits for the transfer.
 * A language switch and a light or dark theme.

#### 🧾 What you see on the order

 * A Cryptoway box on the order screen: payment status, invoiced and paid amounts
   in the coin, transaction hash and the deadline to pay, in your store’s date format
   and time zone.
 * Order notes with the same figures: invoiced, paid, and any difference.
 * An order action “Cryptoway: check this payment” that asks Cryptoway for the current
   status.
 * A statistics screen for any period: turnover, number of payments, conversion,
   average order, turnover by day, outcomes, coins and recent payments. Export to
   CSV.

#### 💰 Fees and requirements

Cryptoway charges a fee on each successful payment, with no setup fee and no monthly
minimum. Rates are on the [pricing page](https://cryptoway.com/en/pricing). In your
project you choose whether you or the customer pays it.

 * A Cryptoway account with an active project (Cryptoway reviews new projects).
   [Create an account](https://account.cryptoway.com/register).
 * One project per store: Cryptoway may refuse a project’s keys from another server’s
   IP address.
 * WordPress 6.5 or later, WooCommerce 9.0 or later, PHP 8.1 or later, on a site
   reachable from the internet.

    ID and Secret key and save. The plugin fetches the callback key by itself.

    a Cryptoway note.

## FAQ

### How do I start taking crypto payments?

Install and activate the plugin, then turn on Cryptoway under WooCommerce Settings
Payments. In your Cryptoway account open Projects your project API keys, paste
the Project ID and Secret key into the plugin settings and save; the plugin fetches
the callback key by itself. Then place one real order for a small amount and check
that it moves to Processing with a Cryptoway note.

### Which coins can customers pay with?

BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, BNB, LTC, POL and GRAM, on the networks listed in the Description.
The customer picks the coin and network on the payment page.

### Does it work with the block checkout and HPOS?

Yes: the block checkout, the classic checkout, and stores with High-Performance
Order Storage turned on.

### Who pays the fees?

There are two. The Cryptoway fee is charged on each successful payment; rates are
on the [pricing page](https://cryptoway.com/en/pricing), and in your project’s Fees
and markup you choose whether you or the customer pays it, or both share it. The
network fee is added by the customer’s wallet on top of the amount. If the customer
pays from an exchange that deducts its withdrawal fee, less arrives and the order
goes on hold as a short payment.

### What if the customer pays less, more, or late?

 * Less: the order goes on hold at once, and the note shows what was invoiced, what
   was paid and what is missing. If the rest arrives in time, the order is marked
   paid.
 * More: the order is marked paid. Above a small tolerance, the note shows the overpaid
   amount to return from your Cryptoway account.
 * Nothing within the time to pay: the order is cancelled.
 * Late, after the order was cancelled: the order goes on hold with the note “payment
   after the time ran out” and the amounts. Check stock before you ship.

### How do I refund a payment?

From your Cryptoway account, as a new transfer to an address the customer gives
you. The plugin does not send refunds; record the refund on the WooCommerce order
with the manual refund button.

### Can I test without real money?

No, there is no test mode. Place one real order a little above the coin’s minimum
deposit (for example 1 USDT) and pay from your own wallet. Network and Cryptoway
fees apply.

### Where are my keys, and what is sent to Cryptoway?

The keys are stored with the other WooCommerce payment settings. The Secret key
is not shown again, not sent (it only signs requests) and not logged. No customer
name, email, phone or address is sent.

### An order did not update after payment. What can I check?

 * Payment notifications arrive at `https://your-domain/wp-json/cryptoway/v1/webhook`,
   registered automatically. It must be reachable from the internet.
 * The status check every 10 minutes needs WP-Cron, which runs on site visits unless
   a server cron job calls it.
 * Run “Cryptoway: check this payment” from Order actions. If the check fails, the
   order note says why.
 * Logs: WooCommerce Status Logs, source `cryptoway-payments`. Set Level threshold
   to Debug for full requests, then back.
