Installazione

Installing Follow Hook is easy!

  1. First you must update the PRO version of FollowHook if you use that, otherwise continue to step 2.
  2. From the WordPress dashboard navigate to Plugins > Add New.
  3. Click ‘Upload’ and then “Choose File.”
  4. Select the Follow Hook zipped file you downloaded.
  5. After upload, click ‘Activate.’

FAQ

Is Follow Hook really free?

Absolutely. Follow Hook is a fully functional CRM that allows you to manually enter leads, auto enter them via opt-in forms, create custom fields, organize people via groups, and create touchpoints for easy reminders!

What About GDPR?

Great question! We have GDPR tools built in so you can record the legal reason for contact entry (this is automated with opt-in forms), and also create pages on your site to allow people to manage their communication preferences, which is also a requirement of GDPR law.

Is the Pro Add-On Pricey?

No. It’s crazy cheap! We defy the norm with our single pro add-on. For a single price you receive all pro features vs the pay-for-each-extension method which ends up costing a ton of money. Read more about Follow Hook Pro and take your contact management to the next level!

Does Follow Hook Offer Email Automation?

The pro add-on includes email marketing automation via syncing with ConvertKit or Mailchimp! We also have Constant Contact and extended internal email support on the roadmap.

Can I Do Text Marketing?

With the pro add-on you can sync with Project Broadcast, one of the most user-friendly, affordable and supported text marketing platforms in existence! We’re excited to be the FIRST WordPress plugin to sync with Project Broadcast.

Do You Offer Support?

We offer basic documentation for Follow Hook Free. With the pro add-on we offer support in our private support forum, along with online training at Follow Hook University.

Great way to stay connected with your clients

Follow Hook allows me to keep track of every potential client that requests information through my site. I can automatically connect with my text provider and get them plugged in to content right away. You will also not find better customer service with people that truly care you and what you need. My business is all about creating and maintaining relationships with my clients and Follow Hook will be one of the tools I use for that from now on!

Love the Contact Form 7 integration!

I’m a little biased because my husband designed this CRM. But why do I love it? It allows me to tie any of the CF7 opt-in forms on my site to specific groups. My website has a lot going on, and people opt-in for a variety of reasons. Now there’s no losing track of emails, or wondering why someone is in my CRM. With Follow Hook I simply click on the group tied to the opt-in form and know exactly who’s who. So perfect!

Theater Eleven Pictures is an indie film company and we're using Follow Hook on our upcoming feature film website (Paradise Strikes) and our main production company site. It's solid, uncluttered and the pro version allows sync with ConvertKit with is insane. We don't need the crap other CRMs load in. We just needed a way to gather data on people and communicate with them via email and text marketing. You have to get the pro copy for automation, but it doesn't cost much. Cool! Thanks for the sweet plugin.

I needed an uncomplicated CRM that would allow my customers to capture opt-in data from their sites. Follow Hook does this beautifully. Plus I can setup custom fields and map opt-in data to them, along with auto grouping at opt-in. All in the free version! Thank you!

Follow Hook delivers an organized snapshot of every potential customer that connects with us through our website. It's created a better workflow for our sales team and efficiently helps us prioritize a quick response. I like that I can get support from the creators of the plugin, and that they’re on top of fixes and enhancements. If your goal for a CRM is nurturing customer relationships, I’d recommend checking this one out.
