Not even sure what this plugin is doing here. To use it you must register account with livehelpnow.net and thats ok, you can find this info under "Installation" tab. What they forgot to mention is you have 30 days trial and after that you must pay to continue to use this plugin. How much depends on what options you want but if you want all of them it will cost you 544$ per year. Actually this plugin doesnt have anything free just trial with duration of 30 days after that you must pay or uninstall this plugin.
