## Descrizione

**Oravio is the AI receptionist for your website.** It answers your visitors’ questions
_and_ books their appointments — in the same conversation, 24/7, without anyone 
on your side picking up the phone.

A booking plugin can’t tell a visitor how much a filling costs or whether you’re
open on Saturday. A chatbot can’t check whether Dr. Smith is actually free on Tuesday
at 2pm. **Oravio does both.**

Most booking tools assume a single calendar. Real clinics and salons don’t work 
that way. In Oravio you organize by **specialty** — Dentistry, Dermatology, Hair
styling, Manicure — each with its own services. Working hours belong to the **people**
who provide those services: you add a person, give them their own weekly schedule,
and tick the specialties they cover. One person can cover several specialties, with
a single unified calendar.

The assistant shows **combined availability** across everyone who can perform the
service, and only asks the visitor which person they prefer when more than one is
genuinely free at that exact time.

Ideal for dental and medical practices, dermatology and aesthetic clinics, veterinary
offices, physiotherapy, hair and beauty salons, spas, auto service, and any business
that books time.

Oravio is a hosted service. You install the plugin, click once, and a free account

#### External services

Oravio is a SaaS service (provided by LudoProgramming). To work, the plugin communicates
with the Oravio servers. What data is sent and when:

 * **On activation / free account creation:** sends the site domain, the administrator
   email address, and the site name to `https://ludoprogramming.com/api/wp/onboard`,
   in order to automatically create a free Basic account and license.
 * **On license verification:** sends the license key to `https://ludoprogramming.
   com/api/wp`.
 * **The chat widget:** loads the script from `https://ludoprogrammingaceengine-
   dwb8bdexfnbzdvd2.northeurope-01.azurewebsites.net/api/ace.js` and sends visitor
   questions to the Oravio engine to generate answers.
 * **In-plugin dashboard (only when you open it in WP Admin):** sends management
   requests (view plan/usage, manage FAQs, view leads, on booking-enabled plans 
   configure specialties/services/people/hours and manage appointments, and on design-
   enabled plans view generated renders) to the Oravio engine at `https://ludoprogrammingaceengine-
   dwb8bdexfnbzdvd2.northeurope-01.azurewebsites.net/api/manage/*`, authenticated
   with your license key and a management token stored securely in WordPress.
 * **WooCommerce connector (optional, only if you enable it):** the plugin exposes
   an endpoint that only Oravio calls to check the status of an order (by order 
   number + email). Identity is validated locally, in WordPress — Oravio never receives
   WooCommerce keys.

## Installazione

#### Automatic installation (recommended)

 1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to **Plugins  Add New**
 2. Search for **Oravio AI Widget**
 3. Click **Install Now** and then **Activate**
 4. Go to **Settings  Oravio AI** and enter your license key

#### Manual installation

 1. Download the plugin `.zip` file
 2. In your WordPress dashboard, go to **Plugins  Add New  Upload Plugin**
 3. Select the `.zip` file and click **Install Now**
 4. Activate the plugin

## FAQ

### Can the assistant actually book appointments, or does it just answer questions?

It books. The assistant checks your real availability, offers free time slots, collects
the customer’s details, and creates the appointment — all inside the chat. Every
request comes to you by email for approval first, with one-click Approve and Cancel
buttons, so nothing is confirmed without you.

### Do I need an OpenAI account or an API key?

No. Oravio is a hosted service — the AI runs on our servers. You install the plugin,
click once, and a free account is created for you. There is no API key to generate,
no third-party AI billing to monitor, and no surprise usage bill.

### Can it handle a clinic with several doctors, or a salon with several stylists?

Yes — this is what Oravio is built for. You define specialties (e.g. Dentistry, 
Dermatology) with the services each one offers, then add the people who provide 
them. Working hours are set on the person, not on the service, so every doctor or
stylist has their own calendar; one person can cover more than one specialty. The
assistant shows the combined availability of everyone who can perform the service
and only asks the visitor to pick a person when more than one is actually free at
that time.

### Is it free?

Yes! The Basic plan is free forever and includes 500 requests/month and 1 domain—
no credit card required.

### What happens to a booking after the visitor makes it?

You receive an email with the request and two buttons: Approve or Cancel. On approval,
both you and the customer get a confirmation email with an .ics calendar file attached.
Unanswered requests expire automatically after 24 hours (or when the slot passes)
and the time is released. Customers can cancel themselves using their booking code.

### Does it answer in my visitor’s language?

Yes. The assistant replies in the language the visitor writes in, using the content
of your own site as the source for its answers.

### What does the widget do with my site content?

Oravio automatically indexes the pages of your site and uses this information to
accurately answer visitor questions. The content is used solely to generate answers
and is not shared with other users.

### Does it work with any WordPress theme?

Yes. The plugin enqueues a single `<script>` in the site footer, compatible with
any WordPress theme.

### How do I get a license key?

The Basic plan does not require a credit card.

### Can I customize the look of the widget?

Yes. From the plugin settings you can configure: the style (circle or pill), the
position, the title, the accent color, the logo, and the input placeholder.

### Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. If you have WooCommerce active, a section appears in the settings where you
generate a “connector secret”. With it, the Oravio assistant can check order status
directly in your store (by order number + email). The customer’s identity is validated
locally, in WordPress.
