# OutboundCalls – AI Instant Callback

## Descrizione

Leads go cold in minutes. OutboundCalls calls them back right away with your AI 
voice agent, which qualifies the lead, answers questions and books a meeting.

 * “Call me now” form anywhere with the shortcode [outboundcalls_callback]
 * Contact Form 7: call every new lead automatically (optional)
 * Consent checkbox on the form, honeypot and rate limits to protect your call credits
 * Pick your voice agent from a list after connecting your account
 * Your API key stays on your server and is never shown to visitors

You need an OutboundCalls account with a voice agent, a phone number and call credits.

### External services

This plugin connects to the OutboundCalls API (https://outboundcalls.ai/api/v1/)
from your WordPress server, using the API key you enter:

 * In the settings page, it reads your account (GET /me) and your voice agents (
   GET /agents) to show them in a list.
 * When a visitor submits the “Call me now” form and ticks the consent box, or when
   a Contact Form 7 form is sent with this option switched on, it sends the phone
   number and the selected agent to OutboundCalls (POST /calls) so the AI agent 
   calls that number. The visitor’s name is not sent.

Nothing is loaded from OutboundCalls in the visitor’s browser. The service is provided
by Syntranova AL Ltd (OutboundCalls): [Terms of service](https://outboundcalls.ai/terms),
[Privacy policy](https://outboundcalls.ai/privacy).

You are responsible for having the caller’s consent and for following the calling
rules of your country (for example GDPR in the EU, TCPA in the United States).

## Installazione

 1. Install the plugin from Plugins  Add New and activate it.
 2. Create an OutboundCalls account at https://outboundcalls.ai/, set up a voice agent
    and a phone number.
 3. In your OutboundCalls dashboard create an API key (Settings  API Keys).
 4. Go to Settings  OutboundCalls, paste the key, save, then choose the voice agent.
 5. Add [outboundcalls_callback] to any page, or switch on calls for Contact Form 7.

## FAQ

### How fast is the call?

The call starts as soon as the form is sent, usually within a few seconds.

### Can someone abuse the form?

Each number can be called once every 10 minutes and each visitor can request 3 calls
per hour. A hidden honeypot field stops simple bots.

### Can I change the form texts?
