Install the plugin
Activate
You’ll now see an “Empty Trash” links on the Pages, Posts and Comments list screens

FAQ

Not seeing the new link on Posts or Pages: The Empty Trash link will only show on Posts and Pages when there is something in the trash. It will always show on the Comments screen.
