When a chat is initiated, the plugin retrieves the current page ID and queries WordPress for its title and content. Shortcodes, HTML tags, and script/style tags are stripped, and up to 1,000 words of pure text content are sent along with the prompt to provide accurate context. ### How does the WhatsApp CS integration work? When an administrator configures a WhatsApp number under Settings > WhatsApp & CS, the AI automatically detects when a visitor asks for human support or contact details, displaying a “Chat via WhatsApp” button with dynamic page title and URL pre-filled in the message. ### Can I choose which AI provider to use? Yes. You can manage and switch your AI providers globally inside WordPress under** Settings > Connectors**.
