It didn’t take long to get the hang of how it works. Works well on desktop but completely disappears on a mobile device. I didn’t get my paid download and no one is replying to my emails. I registered on their website http://www.nextendweb.com/ the day before I bought this. When I bought it the next day, I got an order ID number and a message saying my download was in my account. When I tried to log into my account, I realized the system had not sent me the password. So I couldn’t access my account. I then tried to reset my password on their site but the system did not send me a reset password link. I tried this again and again. No luck. I decided to complete the contact/support forms a number of times. I did not get a reply from anyone. Frustrated, I emailed them directly at info@nextendweb.com and support@nextendweb.com. In both occasions I received a “Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender” error, suggesting the email addresses do not actually exist, even though they are listed on their website. So here I am, having paid for this “plugin” and being stuck with the free version which really doesn’t do much. A couple of features that I would like to see would be real font fiddling capabilities, like you get with fireworks! Presets styles, borders, drop shadows filter fx would be smart3! Customer Support is good, they really know their stuff and are excellent help.
