Installazione

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/static-news-ticker directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
Use the Settings->Static Newsticker screen to configure the plugin
