## Descrizione

a blocchi.

   predefinito nell’editor a blocchi.
   e nell’editor classico.
 * E molte altre.

#### Privacy

Advanced Editor Tools non raccoglie o conserva alcun dato relativo all’utente.
disponibili in [WordPress](https://wordpress.org/) e nell’[editor TinyMCE](https://tinymce.com/).

## Installazione

If manual installation is required, please make sure that the plugin files are in
a folder named “tinymce-advanced” (not two nested folders) in the WordPress plugins
folder, usually “wp-content/plugins”.

## FAQ

in linea.

### Vedo ancora i “vecchi” pulsanti nell’editor

e salva.

Using Advanced Editor Tools for some time. It adds nice control in the editor, which
I needed. Works fine mostly, but sometimes feels a bit limited. Still helpful cz

Nice plugin for bringing back extra editing tools. Makes the editor more comfortable
to use and helps with quick formatting. A few things could be better, but still
quite useful.

Nice plugin for improving the WordPress editor. Adds some useful options that were
missing before. Setup was simple and works fine on my site so far. Not perfect,
but still a solid tool.

 [gpotter](https://profiles.wordpress.org/gpotter/) 26 Settembre 2025

Do not use this plugin. It create a sister paragraph and insert all your content
in there. If the it is deactivated, all the content in their container (which they
automatically integrate into every page) becomes uneditable – however still viewable
to the public. You will have to manually change them all but I’m going to create
a workaround.

### 󠀁[Quick Take: Advanced Editor Tools – Your Gutenberg Safety Net](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/quick-take-advanced-editor-tools-your-gutenberg-safety-net/)󠁿

 [Avir Media](https://profiles.wordpress.org/avirmedia/) 9 Giugno 2025

Hey! So I only see one plugin here – Advanced Editor Tools (formerly TinyMCE Advanced).
It’s pretty solid if you’re not ready to fully embrace Gutenberg yet. The “Classic
Paragraph” block is clever – lets you use the old familiar editor within the new
one. Great for folks transitioning or with older plugins that don’t play nice with
blocks. The table tools and formatting options are handy too. Worth a try if you
miss the classic editor!

not allowed to arrange the buttons.
 * Added a new advanced settings section for tables. Makes it possible to better
configure how tables are edited and whether to disable use of inline CSS styles.
Note that disabling inline styles would make the tables non-resizable in the
   editor.
 * Removed the option to enable pasting of image sources in some browsers. It was
   not working correctly.
 * Added a new option to always keep paragraph tags in the Classic Paragraph and
Classic blocks in the block editor.
 * Updated exporting and importing of the settings. Now settings are exported to
a (downloaded) file, and can be restored by uploading a previously exported settings
   file.

it only clears the styling from that text. If no selection, all styling from
   the paragraph is cleared.

 * Updated the FAQ section in the readme.

 * Added several new buttons to the rich-text toolbar in the block editor.

#### 4.4.1

 * Updated for WordPress 4.6 and TinyMCE 4.4.1.
 * Fixed multisite saving bug.
 * Added new button in the Text editor to add or reset the line breaks. Adds line
breaks only between tags. Works only when it detects that line breaks are missing
so it doesn’t reformat posts with removed paragraphs.

#### 4.3.10.1

   wpautop` off.

 * Fixed bug where consecutive caption shortcodes may be split with an empty paragraph
   tag.

#### 4.1.1

 * Fix bug with image captions when wpautop is disabled.
 * Add translation support to the settings page. Button names/descriptions are translated
from JS using the existing WordPress translation, so this part of the settings
page will be translated by default. The other text still needs separate translation.

#### 4.1

 * Updated for WordPress 4.0 and TinyMCE 4.1.
 * Add the `textpattern` plugin that supports some of the markdown syntax while
   typing, [(more info)](http://www.tinymce.com/wiki.php/Configuration:textpattern_patterns).
