TNCWeb SEO Lite adds a clean metabox to posts, pages, and public custom post types
so you can manage search appearance and structured data without bloat.

Developed independently by [tnchuntic](https://profiles.wordpress.org/tnchuntic/).
This plugin is not affiliated with Really Simple WP, Yoast, Rank Math, or other 
third-party SEO products.

 * **Robots controls** including index/noindex, follow/nofollow, and advanced directives

 * **JSON-LD schema** with built-in types or custom JSON-LD
 * **Automatic internal linking** with site-wide scope controls, keywords, and context
   matching
 * **Dashboard** with site-wide SEO and internal linking stats

#### Third-party libraries

This plugin includes [Select2](https://select2.org/) (MIT license) for improved 
admin multi-select fields.

#### Privacy

TNCWeb SEO Lite stores SEO settings as post meta and site options in your WordPress
database. It does not send data to external services.

## Installazione

 1. Upload the `tncweb-seo-lite` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or
    install through the WordPress plugins screen.
 2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** screen in WordPress.
 3. Edit any post or page and open the **TNCWeb SEO Lite** metabox.
 4. Optional: open **Settings  TNCWeb SEO Lite** for the dashboard overview.

## FAQ

### What does “Lite” mean?

Lite refers to a lightweight, focused feature set — not a limited trial or upsell
placeholder. TNCWeb SEO Lite is a complete plugin for core on-page SEO and internal
linking.

### Does this replace Yoast SEO or Rank Math?

TNCWeb SEO Lite covers core on-page SEO needs. If another SEO plugin is active, 
deactivate it to avoid duplicate meta tags and schema output.

### How does internal linking work?

Configure keywords and context on a page you want other content to link to. When
another page contains those keywords inside matching context, TNCWeb SEO Lite inserts
a link to that page’s permalink. The configured page never links to itself.

### Can developers extend the output?

Yes. Filters include `simple_seo_post_types`, `simple_seo_breadcrumb_title`, and`
simple_seo_schema`.
