Installazione

Dalla Bacheca di WordPress

  • Vai su Plugin > Aggiungi nuovo
  • Search for ilGhera Support System for WooCommerce and download it.
  • Activate ilGhera Support System for WooCommerce from your Plugins page.
  • Once Activated, go to Support System for WC menu and set you preferences.

Da WordPress.org

  • Download ilGhera Support System for WooCommerce
  • Carica la cartella wc-support-system nella directory /wp-content/plugins/ del tuo sito, usando il tuo metodo preferito (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…)
  • Activate ilGhera Support System for WooCommerce from your Plugins page.
  • Una volta attivato, visita WC Support/ Impostazioni e imposta le tue preferenze.

It’s a simple and elegant plugin. It solves most of the situations in which you have to use a ticket service. It also has one of the most astonishing support services I’ve meet in all my years as a programmer. 5 stars.
