Funzionalità

WP Hotelier è un sistema completo di prenotazioni per hotel per WordPress. Alcune delle funzionalità sono:

  • Tre diversi metodi di prenotazione: prenotazione istantanea, prenotazione manuale (è necessaria l’approvazione dell’amministratore) e prenotazione disabilitata.
  • Accetta pagamenti: richiedi un deposito durante la prenotazione o addebita l’intero pernottamento.
  • Impostazioni della camera avanzate: gestisci le camere, letti e i prezzi.
  • Prezzi stagionali: aumenta le prenotazioni offrendo sconti durante le basse stagioni.
  • Contrassegna una camera come non cancellabile e non risarcibile.

Come funziona?

WP Hotelier ti permette di creare due tipi di camera: standard o con tariffe. Una camera con tariffe (camera variabile) ti lascia definire una camera dove ogni variazione può avere un prezzo, un deposito necessario o condizioni differenti.

Una camera rappresenta un tipo di camera o alloggio disponibile nel tuo hotel. Per esempio, se il tuo hotel offre tre “camere doppie” con lo stesso prezzo, servizi, ecc, crea una sola camera e imposta la quantità a 3.

Le prenotazioni sono create quando un ospite completa il processo di prenotazione o quando l’amministratore (o il gestore dell’hotel) aggiunge una prenotazione manuale. Quando un ospite fa una prenotazione, la disponibilità della camera è ridotta automaticamente.

Tre differenti opzioni per il prezzo sono supportate nativamente: prezzo globale, prezzo differente per ogni giorno e prezzi stagionali. Ed un utile calendario delle prenotazioni per gli amministratori dell’hotel è incluso nel core.

Installazione

Requisiti minimi

  • WordPress 4.1 o superiore
  • Versione di PHP 5.6.0 o superiore
  • Alcuni metodi di pagamento richiedono il supporto fsockopen (per l’accesso IPN).
