Agents can initiate a live chat with a visitor or vice versa. Once the live chat plugin is activated, click on “Live Chat” in the left menu navigation. When a visitor lands on your website, their details will be displayed in the live chat control panel. 3CX Live chat activation api & chat server selector (HTTPS://WPLC.3CX.NET) (REQUIRED)

We use a server side generated unique identifier (GUID) in order to guarantee proper identification and secure communication between agents and visitors connected to same website. This is needed because a client side identifier could be spoofed. The only information sent with this API is your website URL, so your personal data is not sent to our servers. We only store website URLs and corresponding GUID. The same server also acts as a chat router that redirects chat sessions to our chat server/s hosted on Google Cloud & OVH. The concept would be great if it worked. The plug-in is aWays showing agents offline, no matter who or whether using a queue. Offline messages are not sent to anyone and the plug-in can pop up for the greeting but not when you start a chat (opens in a new box). Phone system works great, the chat plug-in is terrible.

It works, but requires much more configurability and separate Mobile and Desktop aspect customizations (position, opacity, size, etc.). Requires also an option to choose windowed mode or embedded for the pop-up chat.

Today I ran into the same error, user "bord1" had five months ago: I cannot see the settings site because <div id=”wplc-chat-container” style=”display: none”>. Another issue is my access blocking. The wp-admin directory is blocked with a password but as soon as I activate the plugin suddenly the whole website is locked with the password. This makes the plugin totally useless for me.
