    'limit' => '8',

<?php do_shortcode('[wp-rss-aggregator]'); ?>

What feed sources can I import items from?

Any source with a valid RSS or XML feed can have its feed items imported by WP RSS Aggregator. Most sites provide RSS feeds right out the box as shown here. If you can’t find an RSS feed, you may try to create one using our free service.

Use the template of your choice to display imported items anywhere across your site. To show the items, you can use either one (or a combination) of the options below.

  • Option 1: Use our shortcode in your posts and pages: [wp-rss-aggregator]
  • Option 2: Use our block in the Gutenberg editor (WP 5.0 and later)

No, there is no limit for the number of feed sources to import items from. Having many (50+) feed sources should not present any problems in itself. However, pulling in posts from many sites is bound to put your server under some stress, so you might want to consider using a hosting solution that goes beyond your typical shared host and staggering the feed imports.

WP RSS Aggregator funziona utilizzando JSON come sorgente?

  2. Make sure that feed items have been imported by visiting the Feed Items page.

  3. Try out the solutions listed in our Feed Items Not Importing knowledge base section.

Yes, you can do that using the Feed to Post premium add-on. You will not only be able to store items as posts, but as any post type. You can also set the author, set tags and categories, import images into the gallery or set featured images, and much more. These can then be displayed in your theme’s blog page, via a page builder, etc.

Some RSS feeds only give a short excerpt when using the add-ons. Any way around that?

Sure! We built an add-on finder (guide) that will help determine what you need.

If you need any further help you can contact our support team.

I love this Aggregator. There are lots of settings so play with those to get it to where you want. Also, I had to adjust some setting in my "blog" (I'm using the Salient theme) that was messing some things up. All in all, great plugin, AND the support is top notch! They worked with me endlessly to get it working properly. Kudos to this team!!! Thank you!

It's getting worse. Plugin do not update item titles nor remove deleted items. In the last version removed manual Import possibility. Uninstalling

I used this plugin for importing data, and then integrate that data into a custom automatically generated page. Most of the plugin's functionalities were exactly what I needed. For extra help with them, the support team was responsive and helful. However, I find misleadding the settings regarding the Limit feed items stored per feed, respectively on each feed source. I thought that this limit is used to keep only the latest X imported items for each feed. By setting this limit, I could store feeds items for the last, let’s say, 4 days, since I needed to have feeds items for the last couple of days. But that's not the case, because "When the feed items are being imported, our plugin will check for the presence of the same previously imported items regardless of when they were imported.", as I was told. Also, I've been told that they'll consider analysing this functionality change, and perhaps include it on future plugin updates.

I was building a news aggregation site and I ultimately ended up trying a lot of different plugin options to see which one worked best. WP RSS Aggregator was hands down the best one! WP RSS Aggregator was super easy to set up, worked "out of the box", and provided a good level of customization and options if needed. It was so nice just being able to open the plugin, drop in my source to fetch content, and voila, everything just worked. I also found the options for how feeds could be displayed very aesthetically pleasing and they always worked well regardless of what theme I was using. There's also some further styling and layout options in their add-ons which I feel are worth the price. Last but not least, their customer support was excellent. I always would receive a quick and helpful reply to any of my inquiries. All and all, a great plug-in all around!

I love this plugin, because it allows you to publish headlines (and maybe more) from a bunch of site to a bunch of sites and create a content-network this way. I'm using it to connect the articles from a bunch of sites and give my users the chance to find more interesting contents on one of my other sites; wherever they stepped into of my pages. (I run a bunch of online-magazines all in the more political/economy-sector each on their own, but wanted to have them connected for my readers.) I also love the support. Very kind, always thinking along, fast and precise with the answers.
