Automatic certificate for every new subscribers

cerco un plugin (anche a pagamento) che rilasci in automatico il certificato di adesione al mio sito (è un comitato sportivo) con la ricevuta.
Il certificato di adesione deve avere un numero sequenziale generato automaticamente ed univoco.
