Connect Users and Taxonomies

Hello,
i am using a plugin (Profile Builder) and i am trying to achieve the following thing.

A user registers with (Profile Builder) and subsequently edits her profile. Name – City – Pictures etc ..

The PB component now creates a new User

At this point I have created a taxonomy (USER-LIST) which will show all the profiles created in a grid.

What I am trying to do is:

Capture the data entered in the Profile and recall them in the Taxonomy (user-list)

Could it be possible to achieve this?
