Contact 7 does not email the form

Good evening everyone, I’m new to your forum! I am building a site with wordpress and I have noticed that using the contact form contact 7, once the form is filled in, it is not sent by email to the administrator. I tried installing an SMTP plugin but still nothing. Can you help me? Has such a thing ever happened to you? Thank you so much for anyone who can help me!
