Supporto » Funzionalità = Plugin » disable a single plugin from phpmyadmin

  • Hi everyone, I can not access the administration panel and I’ve found this problem after installing the siteguard plugin. I would like to delete or disable the plugin through phpmyadmin.
    After finding the active plugins folder, I have this string.

    a:8:{i:0;s:36:”contact-form-7/wp-contact-form-7.php”;i:1;s:31:”cookie-notice/cookie-notice.php”;i:2;s:36:”google-sitemap-generator/sitemap.php”;i:3;s:19:”jetpack/jetpack.php”;i:4;s:24:”mashsharer/mashshare.php”;i:5;s:21:”pagefrog/pagefrog.php”;i:6;s:23:”siteguard/siteguard.php”;i:7;s:31:”tracking-code/tracking-code.php”;}

    how can I do?

    Hi @vitodeka,

    do you have FTP access to your website directory? If so, you can disable a plugin just by renaming the related folder (e.g. from plugin to plugin-disabled). You can find all your plugins on the following path: /wp-content/plugins.

    I hope this can help you.

    thanks @thomas-vitale

    I had already tried this solution, without solving the problem.
    Finally I solved by replacing the .htaccess file with a default one
