New Theme Upload – Issue with the Ex-Theme

Hi all,

I bought a theme for a website and then realised I needed a different one. Now I tryed to activate the new theme and I can’t see anything on my site. My site preview reports me this:

What does this mean? How could solve this? What would be the best practise to restar from zero on the same domain?
