Problema accesso Dashboard

Buonasera a tutti,
vi chiedo aiuto perchè purtroppo ho finito le risorse e le conoscenze.
Da questa mattina, cercando di accedere alla dashboard del mio sito, visualizzo questo messaggio senza riuscire ad accedere:

“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator at postmaster@xxxx.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

Il sito è effettivamente online senza aver subito variazioni.

Ho consultato varie risposte online e nel forum, ho quindi provveduto alla Riparazione Permissions, niente.
Ho disattivato temi e plugin dal FTP del mio hosting ma nulla.
Ho anche provato a cambiare versione PHP.
Qualcuno può aiutarmi?????
