problemi MYSQL

Sto editando un sito in locale prima di trasferirlo online e stamattina improvvissamente dopo l’avvio di XAMPP non riesco più ad entrare. Mentre Aache parte MYSQL da errore. Ma dall’ultima volta non ho fatto assolutamente nulla.
Mi appare:

Confesso di non essere molto pratico e quidni non sò dove mettere mano e sarei molto grato se qualcuno riuscisse a darmi qualche dritta per non perdere tutto il lavoro fatto.
Se interessati posso mostrarvi il file logs con i report di avviamento.
