Sito da remoto a locale

Buongiorno a tutti, è la prima volta che scrivo su questo forum per questo problema: vorrei cambiare tema al mio sito e vorrei farlo con comodo in locale per poi rimetterlo on line una volta terminato. Per fare questo ho trovato su questo forum la possibilità di usare il plugin Duplicator, l’ho installato e iniziato ad usare, ma nella prima fase di scansione del sito per portarlo in locale mi ha segnalato questi due errori:

Issues might occur when [open_basedir] is enabled. Work with your server admin to disable this value in the php.ini file if you’re having issues building a package.
-2 Total Size Warn
Size: 355.1MB | File Count: 6,782 | Directory Count: 288
Total size represents all files minus any filters that have been setup. The current thresholds that triggers a warning is 150MB for the total size. Some budget hosts limit the amount of time a PHP/Web request process can run. When working with larger sites this can cause timeout issues. Consider using a file filter in step 1 to shrink and filter the overall size of your package.
Se qualche esperto avesse gentilmente dei consigli sull’uso di quel plugin o anche altre soluzioni al mio problema lo ringrazio in anticipo.
