Slider Revolution Update 6.2.6

Attention to new update revslider. Unfortunately I made the update to the new Slider Revolution release 6.2.4 (now 6.2.6)! I cleared all the cache but the new update doesn’t working. We have been working with the support for several days, but the problem persists and my slides are not displayed.
Is there anyone with the same problem?
