    Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. I need to manually enter orders on my WooCommerce site, but I’ve noticed that the WooCommerce statistics, including the WooCommerce status in the backend, don’t count manually entered orders, only online orders. Can anyone help me understand why?

    since this is a very specific question, I recommend asking the WooCommerce developers directly on the plugin’s dedicated forum.
    They’ll definitely be able to answer your question.

    Hi, I solved the problem with the data analysis settings. In the “Date Type” drop-down menu, I had to select “Creation Date.” Now the site correctly counts both online and manually entered orders. I’m writing this explanation in case anyone else has the same problem. Thanks.
