(woocommerce) a slide for products on sale

i need to show in an index a slider where to put the “on sale” products that i can vary periodically and those of a specific brand

i tought i could use a “product category” called “on sale” or an attribute to integrate brands, but again i need to put and show them in a slider, but can’t figure how!

if there is any plugin for woocommerce (possibly for free) i would like to know

major problem is, can i put them everywhere? i don’t like widgets and shortcode because can’t stay in my personal html and php pages
