Propongo di adottare una formula di apertura e gestione standard, in modo che chiunque possa gestire le riunioni ## Apertura Adattata dai Polyglots > Salve a tutti @channel, iniziamo con la riunione! > Se è la prima volta che partecipi o se stai solo curiosando, questa è una riunione > dei membri della Community WordPress italiana che si occupano di gestire la comunità > tra WordCamp, meetup e vita su Slack. > Qui discutiamo insieme come migliorare la partecipazione, come migliorare la vita > ai meetup, aiutare i WordCamp e ci confrontiamo per risolvere i problemi che troviamo > mano a mano che li incontriamo. > La tua partecipazione, non solo è bene accetta, ma è soprattutto una ricchezza > che regali alla community intera. > Per finire, siamo una grande famiglia e vogliamo che tu ti senta a tuo agio_._ > La riunione è settimanale e si svolge il giovedì alle ore 15:00 (ora italiana). ## Struttura riunione A mio avviso il team Marketing internazionale fa un ottimo lavoro e divide in punti. ### Si apre con la lista: 1. Attendance thread_ – Le presenza_ 2. Notetaker _– Chi prende nota?_ 3. New person thread_ – Le persone che partecipano la prima volta_ 4. Celebration thread_ – Celebrare i successi_ 5. Task-lead update time_ – Aggiornamento sui task aperti_ 6. New business_ – Open floor e proposta di nuovi task_ ➡️If this is your first time here, don’t be afraid to speak up and let us know you would be interested in helping with a specific task.
