Keskintech Marketplaces

Descrizione

Keskintech Marketplaces is a WooCommerce marketplace integration plugin that helps store owners manage products, pricing, stock, and orders across multiple marketplaces directly from WordPress.

The plugin supports three ways to work:

Template-Based (No Account Required)

  • Export WooCommerce products to marketplace-compatible XLSX and CSV templates
  • Import marketplace templates with drag-and-drop column mapping
  • Manage pricing rules and product data locally on your own server
  • No account or external API connection required

Free Plan (Free Account Required)

  • Connect your store to supported marketplaces through their APIs
  • Publish and update products
  • Synchronize prices and stock
  • Synchronize orders using scheduled cron jobs
  • Fetch live category, attribute, and brand data
  • Free-plan usage is subject to API quotas

Paid Plans (Active Subscription Required)

  • Everything included in the Free plan
  • Higher API quotas
  • Real-time webhook order delivery
  • Instant stock synchronization
  • More frequent cron scheduling, down to every 10 minutes

Marketplace API credentials are encrypted client-side in the browser before submission. Template-based workflows operate entirely on your own server and do not transmit data to external services.

Template-Based Integration

Template-based workflows let you work with marketplaces without connecting an account or using their APIs.

  • Export WooCommerce products to marketplace-compatible XLSX and CSV templates
  • Import and map marketplace templates with drag-and-drop column matching
  • Marketplace-specific pricing rules (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Product-level and variation-level pricing
  • Manual attribute, category, and brand matching
  • Default stock assignment and brand management
  • Integration with WordPress brand plugins and fixed brand options
  • Detailed error logs

Template-based workflows are available for any marketplace that provides compatible file formats.

All template import and export operations run entirely on your own server.

External Services

This plugin connects to the Keskintech Marketplaces API Gateway (https://apigw.keskintechmarketplaces.com) to provide API-based marketplace integration features.

What data is sent?

  • WordPress site URL: sent during license activation to bind the license to your site
  • Marketplace API credentials you provide: encrypted in your browser before submission
  • WooCommerce product data: including title, description, price, stock, images, attributes, and categories when products are published or updated through an API
  • Order data received from marketplaces: imported into WooCommerce during order synchronization
  • Plugin version and platform identifier (wordpress): sent with API requests for compatibility tracking

Marketplace credentials are encrypted client-side using RSA-OAEP through the Web Crypto API before submission. The WordPress server and API gateway do not receive plaintext marketplace credentials.

When is data sent?

Data is transmitted to the API gateway only when the relevant API feature is being used, such as:

  1. Activating a license
  2. Configuring marketplace API credentials
  3. Manually publishing or updating products
  4. Running an automated product or order synchronization task
  5. Using other API-based marketplace features

Template-based import and export operations work entirely locally and do not transmit data to external services.

Third-Party Marketplaces

When API integration is active, product and order data is also transmitted to the respective marketplace APIs according to their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Webhooks

When webhook order delivery is enabled, supported marketplaces can send order events to the Keskintech API gateway.

The gateway forwards order details to a dedicated REST endpoint on your WordPress site (/wp-json/ktmp/v1/webhook/{token}) using HMAC-SHA256 signatures.

How It Works

  1. Connect a marketplace: Configure the marketplace and its connection settings.
  2. Enter API credentials: Required for API-based features on supported marketplaces.
  3. Define pricing rules: Set marketplace-specific pricing adjustments.
  4. Map categories and attributes: Match WooCommerce data to marketplace fields manually or by fetching live marketplace data through the API.
  5. Publish products or export templates: Publish products through an API or export them to XLSX/CSV templates.
  6. Synchronize orders: Use scheduled cron synchronization or real-time webhooks where supported and available on your plan.
  7. Monitor activity: Review transaction history, marketplace responses, and error reports.

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.0 or higher
  • WooCommerce 6.3.1 or higher
  • PHP 7.4 or higher
  • HTTPS (SSL) is required for API integration features

Template-based features can be used without HTTPS.

Security & Data Handling

  • All communication with the API gateway is performed over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
  • Marketplace API credentials are encrypted client-side in the browser using RSA-OAEP (Web Crypto API) before being submitted.
  • The WordPress server and Keskintech API gateway do not receive plaintext marketplace credentials.
  • Only the encrypted credential data and an HMAC-SHA256 fingerprint are stored and transmitted.
  • Template-based export and import operations are performed locally; no data leaves your server.
