WP Social media follow link adder automatically appends a responsive block of social channel buttons to single posts and provides a shortcode to place the same block anywhere. A settings page lets site admins set a heading and paste channel URLs; empty fields are ignored so only active channels appear.

Installazione

Install the plugin

Can the buttons be shown on pages?: Yes. Use the shortcode [rkpcl_channel_links] wherever needed.
Will empty inputs output buttons?: No. Only channels with valid, non-empty URLs are rendered.
Can the heading be customized?: Yes. The heading text can be changed on the settings page; it is escaped before output.
