Sales Target Dashboard

Descrizione

Sales Target Dashboard (“Overview Day | Week | Month” inside the app) turns a WordPress page into a real-time sales dashboard for a store team. The Admin sets the monthly targets, agents type in what they achieved each day from their phone, and everyone sees the same numbers instantly: global dashboard, store analysis, agent performance, weekly achievement with ranking, KPI tables and a shift calendar.

Free version (this plugin)

  • Unlimited stores and agents, each store with its own Store Manager and PINs
  • Global Dashboard with weekly trend and ranking, Store Analysis (ideal-to-date, run rate, month-end projection), Agent Performance (“My Card” daily/weekly with direct input of the achieved values), Weekly Achievement, SHOP / MINIMUM TARGET KPI tables
  • Shift calendar per agent, any month
  • Corrections Center (targets, results, manual corrections, custom KPIs, custom CR formulas)
  • PIN login per role (Admin, Store Manager, agents), light/dark theme, JSON backup & restore
  • 5 languages with flag switcher and Admin-configurable default: English, Italiano (Italian), Deutsch (German), Français (French), Srpski (Serbian)
  • Optional WhatsApp notification of each result entered, through your own CallMeBot API key (off by default, see “External services”)
  • Installable as a Progressive Web App on phones and tablets (HTTPS required)
  • Full Admin guide included: Dashboard Overview Admin Guide

Pro version (a separate plugin sold at svetix.ch/spacetool, 14-day free trial, no card required) additionally offers performance charts, the daily Footfall & Conversion Rate chart, 360° overviews, CSV import and PNG/PDF export. Those features are not part of this plugin’s code. No refunds after purchase. No support included for Free or Pro: updates only.

Try the live demo at svetix.ch/spacetool (demo data resets every 5 minutes).

How data is stored

All data lives in your own WordPress database (a single non-autoloaded option) and is read and written through the plugin’s own REST API. Every request must carry the site key generated on activation and, after a successful PIN login, a signed token (HMAC, 24-hour expiry) that states the role, the store and the identity it belongs to. Agents never receive PINs or other stores’ data, and the server only accepts an agent’s own results from an agent token: store settings, targets, PINs and other agents’ data are always kept from the saved state.

Source code

The dashboard is written in JSX: the readable source is bundled in src/app.jsx, with the build steps and the list of third-party libraries (React, prop-types, Tailwind CSS, Inter/Jost/Public Sans fonts, Material Symbols) in src/README.md.

External services

The dashboard itself never sends data anywhere: everything stays in your WordPress database. Two optional connections exist, both off until you turn them on.

Freemius (bundled SDK, vendor/freemius) manages the optional upgrade to the separate Pro version, its licenses and its updates. On activation Freemius shows an opt-in screen: only if you accept, basic site and usage data (site URL, WordPress/PHP version, plugin version, admin e-mail) are sent to Freemius. You can skip the opt-in and the free plugin works fully without any external connection. Service by Freemius, Inc.: terms https://freemius.com/terms/ – privacy policy https://freemius.com/privacy/

CallMeBot WhatsApp API (https://api.callmebot.com/whatsapp.php) sends an optional WhatsApp message each time a result is entered in the dashboard. It is disabled by default; the Store Manager enables it in Store Management WhatsApp notifications by entering the destination phone number and the personal API key obtained from CallMeBot. When enabled, every time an agent enters a result the browser sends to CallMeBot: the phone number, the API key and a short text (store name, agent name, KPI, value, date). No other data is ever sent. Service by CallMeBot: terms https://www.callmebot.com/terms-of-service/ – privacy policy https://www.callmebot.com/privacy-policy/

Installazione

  1. Upload the plugin folder to wp-content/plugins/ (or Plugins Add New Upload Plugin) and activate it.
  2. Create a page containing the shortcode [overview_week]: this is the Admin page (one for the whole site).
  3. Open it, enter the default Admin PIN 123456 and change it right away (Admin Panel Security).
  4. Rename your store in Admin Panel Store Management; for the store team create a page with [overview_week shop="negozio1"] (negozio1 is the id of the first store).
  5. Default PINs of the first store: Store Manager 500000, agents 1002–1005, SHOP row 1001. Only the Admin can change PINs.

Optional shortcode attributes: fullwidth="1" (the dashboard spans the full screen width, centered, breaking out of narrow theme columns) and height="1000" (frame height in px).

The site must use HTTPS for the install-as-app feature.

FAQ

Where is my data stored?

In your WordPress database, in the option overview_week_state. Nothing is sent to external servers by the dashboard itself.

Does the plugin load anything from external servers?

No. All scripts, styles, fonts and icons are bundled in the plugin. See “External services” for the two optional, opt-in connections (Freemius and CallMeBot).

Can I rename the KPIs?

Yes: Admin Panel Rename KPI (names and currency). You can also add custom KPIs.

What is the difference with the Pro version?

The free plugin has no artificial limits. The Pro version is a separate product that adds performance charts, Footfall & Conversion Rate, 360° overviews, CSV import and PNG/PDF export.

Changelog

4.1.10

  • Directory title is Sales Target Dashboard. Author name is SvetiX.

4.1.9

  • PIN attempts are stored apart from dashboard data, so signing in can no longer overwrite sales saved at the same time. After too many wrong PINs the lock expires on its own (15 minutes) instead of staying until someone rewrites the whole dashboard.

4.1.8

  • New shortcode attribute fullwidth=”1″ (full-screen-width dashboard, centered); refreshed visual style (4.1.7).

4.1.6

  • Renamed to Svetix Sales Target Dashboard; readable JSX source and build instructions bundled in src/.
  • Service worker script enqueued with wp_enqueue_script; no output buffering; service worker precache fully local.
  • Agent tokens can only write their own results (server-side scope); external services documented.

4.1.4

  • Text domain aligned with the WordPress.org slug; languages listed in the description.

4.1.3

  • First public release on WordPress.org: all libraries, fonts and icons bundled locally, JSX precompiled, Tailwind compiled.
  • Language flags and per-store language settings (EN default; IT, DE, FR, SR).
  • Admin guide included in the plugin (Dashboard Overview Admin Guide).
