Image and menu issue

    From this morning, my site start to have some issue.

    The first one is for the menu items. When i try to put some categories in menu, it change the blocks to empty custom link field with the string ‘pending’.

    The second problem is for the images, when i upload an image, the file go in the FTP correctly, but on the list all the images (also the other previous file on the site) all files are displayed with the symbol defaultimage.

    Also, in the ‘set featured image’ function it has been disappeared the upload button on the right. This is a fixable known problem?
