Critical Error after deleting init.php

Critical Problems:
* File appears to be malicious or unsafe: wp-content/themes/uncode/core/plugins_activation/init.php

I delete that file and got critical error on website. Cant access directly to the hosting operator right now.
It was indeed the file a problem or just need to be there even if it was the cause of my site loading slower?
