eelv_redirection.phpto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress admin
- Go to the configuration page to configure your redirection

What I was looking for since a long time ! Install WP to the root and redirect visitors to a another url with a 302 or 301 code.
