By installing this free version of Emolytics, I was able to capture feedback from my sites visitors in a very easy, intuitive way. No lengthy surveys or questionaires, just to the point and finished in 4 steps and 5 seconds. That allows me to capture the moment of thruth: the first impression.
Moreover, the analytics in backend allowed me to determine areas of improvement and better tailor my content to the end-user. It allowed me to get better response rates … and happier customers 🙂
