no point — blind cruft
There is no discernable point to including this plug-in. It was “cute” when no one knew what a plug-in was.
This is actually good
It is the simplest plugin, you can learn how a simple plugin works and it is made
Unnecessary confusion
This plugin serves no purpose.
It increases confusion for people new to WordPress
Wastes time of people who are familiar with WordPress
and should not be included in core.
If you want to onboard people do that.
If you want to train them about how plugins work, then intentionally do that.
Including a useless plugin just wastes bandwidth and time, while increasing confusion.
Hello Waste of Time!
The first thing you do after installing WordPress? You uninstall this hopeless plugin.
A real nuisance!
It literally wastes 2 minutes everytime I install a WP for a client.
That really adds up to hours wasted in a year.
This is a literal time (and money) waster.
A spam, you can never get rid off.
