Installazione

Upload the HookNotifier plugin to your WordPress
Activate it
Click on Settings or go to HookNotifier admin page
If you havn’t download HookNotifier yet, go to Hooknotifier.com (or on Playstore/AppStore) to get your app
Fill your identifiers inside your WordPress admin
