IndieSoft Return and Withdrawal Requests for WooCommerce adds a scalable workflow for the right of withdrawal:
- Endpoint in “My Account”.
- Explicit button on eligible orders.
- Button on order and thank-you pages when the order is eligible.
- Lookup for guest orders via order number and email.
- Configurable time window.
- Configurable eligible order statuses.
- Customizable refund reasons and methods.
- Mandatory confirmation of the intention to withdraw.
- Email receipt with declaration, date, and time of receipt.
- Request log in a dedicated table.
- Request status management from the back office.
- Email notifications to customers and administrators.
- Declared compatibility with HPOS.

Installazione
- Upload the plugin folder to wp-content/plugins.
- Activate WooCommerce.
- Activate IndieSoft WooCommerce Withdrawal.
- Go to Privacy > Settings.
- Save the permalinks if you change the endpoint slug.
