FAQ

Come faccio a visualizzare i box degli autori e le biografie degli autori?

Hai diverse opzioni per la visualizzazione degli autori utilizzando il plugin PublishPress Authors:

  1. Sotto al contenuto. Vai su Autori > Impostazioni e clicca sulla scheda “Visualizza”. Spunta la casella “Questo visualizzerà il box degli autori alla fine del contenuto”. Nella casella “Layout”, puoi scegliere tra diversi layout.
  2. Il widget Post Authors. Quando installi l’add-on, PublishPress Authors crea automaticamente un widget che puoi usare per mostrare gli autori. Vai a Aspetto > Widget, e puoi posizionare il tuo widget PublishPress Authors in qualsiasi barra laterale o area widget.
  3. Lo shortcode Authors. Con gli shortcode di PublishPress Authors puoi visualizzare il box autore in qualsiasi parte del contenuto. Lo shortcode predefinito è [author_box]
  4. Modifica del tuo tema. PublishPress Authors ti permette di mostrare i dettagli dell’autore nel tuo plugin o tema. È possibile utilizzare l’azione “pp_multiple_authors_show_author_box” per visualizzare in modo programmatico la casella dell’autore.

Come posso importare gli utenti di WordPress in PublishPress Authors?

PublishPress Authors usa un sistema diverso dal core di WordPress, quindi ci potrebbe volerci del lavoro per spostare i dati dell’autore.

Quando installate per la prima volta PublishPress Authors, il nostro plugin cercherà di importare tutti i vostri autori. Tuttavia, potrebbe essere necessario un po’ di lavoro in più se avete un sito di grandi dimensioni o se avete usato un plugin diverso. Fai clic su “Modifica” per qualsiasi dei layout che vedi una schermata di modifica. Ogni layout si può modificare con Twig.
