PublishPress Revisions è lo strumento per eccellenza per apportare modifiche ai contenuti. Gli utenti ottengono uno spazio sicuro per lavorare sugli aggiornamenti dei contenuti. Dopo aver creato una revisione con PublishPress Revisions, è possibile trovare tale revisione nella schermata “Coda di revisione”. Questa schermata mostra tutte le revisioni che sono state presentate per l’approvazione. Sotto ogni post duplicato potete scegliere tra diversi strumenti di moderazione: modifica, elimina, anteprima e confronta.

Confronta la versione attuale e quelle precedenti
Le revisioni in sospeso e programmate possono includere modifiche al contenuto degli articoli, alle categorie, ai tag, all’immagine in evidenza, alla pagina genitore e ad altre opzioni. Ognuno di questi cambiamenti può essere rivisto nella familiare interfaccia “Confronta revisioni”.

Moderazione frontend delle modifiche al contenuto
Ti sarà possibile visualizzare un’anteprima e moderare le revisioni anche dal frontend de tuo sito WordPress. Se fai clic su “Anteprima” per una vedrai una revisione in attesa, nel frontend del tuo sito. Questa barra degli strumenti cambierà colore e potrai facilmente capire quale è lo stato della revisione. Per esempio, se stai guardando una revisione in attesa, la barra degli strumenti sarà verde mentre per una revisione programmata questa barra degli strumenti sarà grigia.

Email di notifica per le revisoni
PublishPress Revisions invierà una notifica agli amministratori e agli editor ogni qualvolta che una revisine viene inviata. Essi potranno connettersi in anteprima, confrontare e approvare i cambiamenti. PublishPress Revisions può inviare anche email per l’approvazione e la pubblicazione delle revisioni. La schermata delle “Impostazioni” ti permette di disabilitare le notifiche indesiderate.

Per esempio, per duplicare delle pagine, vai nella schermata “Pagine” di WordPress e fai clic su “Nuova revisione” nel menu a comparsa di ogni pagina. Verrai reindirizzato al duplicato della pagina che puoi modificare e salvare nella “Coda di revisione”.

The Events Calendar è uno dei plugin più popolari in WordPress per creare ed elencare eventi. PublishPress Revisions Pro e The Events Calendar lavorano insieme con successo.
