Sendra Shipping Rules gives you full control over shipping rates, and protects your store from orders that are placed with no shipping method.

Shipping methods (add as many instances as you need to any shipping zone)

• Rule-based shipping: unlimited rules, each with its own conditions and cost.
• Postal service: weight tariff table (enter your carrier’s current tariff).
• Local courier: one instance per courier, restricted by province, city or location group.
• Freight carrier: for carriers paid on delivery.
• Free shipping: custom title, conditions, free-shipping coupons, “first order” offers.

Conditions (combine as many as you like)

• Cart subtotal, weight, number of items
• Province, city, country and your own location groups
• Product, product category, shipping class (any / none / only)
• User role (including guests), payment method, applied coupon
• Customer’s first order
• Time of day and day of the week (store time)
• Optional message per availability condition, shown to the customer when the method is hidden (classic checkout and cart)

Cost types: fixed, formula (for example [base] + ceil([weight]) * 5000), base + extra per weight step, weight tiers (tariff table), cost per item, percentage of subtotal, free. Cap the cost with a maximum, choose cart value before/after discounts, use volumetric (DIM) weight, show a description under the method, limit a method to logged-in customers and turn on an admin-only debug mode. Add a fixed or percentage handling fee, free shipping above an amount with its own title, or mark a method as “pay on delivery”.

Stop orders without a shipping method

• Strict validation for the classic checkout and the Cart & Checkout blocks.
• Optional fallback rate when an address matches no zone.
• Any order that still arrives without shipping is flagged, gets an explanatory order note and can be fixed automatically or from the Diagnostics tab.
• Configuration checks (empty zones, “rest of the world”, several selling countries, competing plugins).
• Rates are never served from the wrong cache when they depend on user role, payment method or first-order status.

Location price table: set a price per province and per city in a grid (WooCommerce > Shipping Rules > City prices) for any method.

Utilities: default product weight, packaging weight, postal weight limit, round costs up (for example to 1000), minimum purchase per method, origin province, method logo, “courier only” and “free only” modes, optional extra order statuses (sent to warehouse, packaged, handed to courier).

Iran-ready checkout

• Province list from WooCommerce and an editable starter list of cities per province.
• City dropdown in the classic checkout, cart calculator, account addresses and order editor.
• Optional single selling country (hides the country field).
• Province field before city.
• Persian and Arabic letters and digits are normalised when matching cities and numbers.

Tracking: save a carrier and tracking code on orders; shown to the customer and in emails, with an action hook for SMS plugins.

Compatibility: High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS), Cart & Checkout blocks, all Iranian WooCommerce currencies. The plugin is translation-ready (text domain sendra-shipping-rules); translations are contributed on translate.wordpress.org.
