VuloCloud (VuloLabs)

VuloCloud is the cloud service operated by VuloLabs that powers VuloPilot’s AI features (AI suggestions, content generation, AI Copilot), AI Credits, and the Google sign-in broker.

• When: when you use an AI feature, connect or disconnect your site to VuloCloud, refresh your AI Credits balance, or start the Google connection flow.
• Data sent: the prompt text and page content you ask the AI to work on, the feature name, your site’s tone setting, a site identifier and secret issued when you connect the site, and (for the Google flow) the OAuth redirect details. No data is sent unless you use one of these features.

Google OAuth, Search Console, Analytics and AdSense

Used only if you connect your Google account in Settings, to show Search Console, Google Analytics and AdSense data inside VuloPilot.

• When: when you connect the account and whenever the related reports are loaded or refreshed.
• Data sent: the OAuth authorization code and access tokens, and requests for the read-only Search Console, Analytics and AdSense data of the account you connected (for example your site URL or property ID). Endpoints: accounts.google.com, oauth2.googleapis.com, www.googleapis.com, analyticsdata.googleapis.com, analyticsadmin.googleapis.com, adsense.googleapis.com.

Google PageSpeed Insights

Used by the Performance scan to measure your pages’ speed scores.

• When: when a PageSpeed check runs (manually or scheduled).

Google Analytics (gtag.js) and Google Tag Manager

Used only if you enable Google Analytics or Tag Manager in Settings.

• When: on your site’s front-end pages while the feature is enabled.
• Data sent: your visitors’ browser requests load scripts from www.googletagmanager.com, and the Google tag then sends visitor and page-view data to Google according to your Google Analytics or Tag Manager configuration. You are responsible for consent and privacy disclosures for your visitors.

IndexNow

Build steps (Node.js and pnpm are required):

1. Clone the repository and run pnpm install in the repository root.
2. From plugins/vulopilot, run pnpm run build to regenerate everything in assets/ (or pnpm run watch during development).
