Buongiorno a tutti e a tutte,
ho esportato da staging a online il mio sito dopo aver inserto l’ecommerce. Da quel momento, nonostante l’esportazione sia andata (sembrerebbe) bene, wordpress non funziona più. Non posso aggiungere pagine, modificare con elementor e quant’altro. L’errore riscontrato è questo:

Tengo a precisare che ho aggiornato tutti i plugin e wordpress. Ho provato a disattivare e poi a riattivare tutti i plugin, ma il risultato non è mutato.

sto riscontrando un problema con WooCommerce riguardo l’invio delle email e la configurazione del campo “Email mittente”. Ecco una descrizione dettagliata del problema e le azioni già intraprese:Problema:
- Le email generate da WooCommerce, come quelle per “Nuovo account cliente”, non vengono inviate. Tuttavia:
- Le email di test inviate tramite WP Mail SMTP funzionano correttamente.
- Altre email del sito (es. recupero password di WordPress) vengono inviate correttamente.
- Il campo “Email mittente” nelle impostazioni delle email di WooCommerce rimane sempre vuoto, anche dopo aver inserito un indirizzo valido e salvato. Ad ogni aggiornamento, il valore sparisce.
Azioni già intraprese:
- Reinstallazione di WooCommerce:
Ho disattivato ed eliminato il plugin, poi l’ho reinstallato. Il problema persiste. - Disattivazione di tutti i plugin:
Ho disattivato tutti i plugin tranne WooCommerce e WP Mail SMTP per escludere conflitti, ma non è cambiato nulla. - Cambio temporaneo di tema:
Ho testato con un tema predefinito di WordPress (Twenty Twenty-Two), ma il problema si presenta ugualmente. - Configurazione di WP Mail SMTP:
- Le email di test funzionano perfettamente.
- Ho verificato che il server SMTP sia configurato correttamente e funzioni.
- Log di WooCommerce:
Non ci sono errori evidenti nei log delle email o negli strumenti diagnostici forniti da WooCommerce.
Ulteriori Informazioni:
- Il sito usa la versione più recente di WordPress e WooCommerce.
- Ho provato anche a disabilitare temporaneamente la cache, senza risultati.
Vi chiedo gentilmente di aiutarmi a identificare la causa di questo problema. Può essere legato a:
- Una configurazione anomala nel database?
- Un bug del plugin?
- Un problema di compatibilità non rilevato?

ho un problema ad entrare come amministratore sul sito. Ho aggiornato il PHP alla versione 8.3 e mysql alla versione 8.0. WordPress è aggiornato alla versione 6.0.9

sono nuovo di WP, ho installato e configurato un WP per un cliente, ho chiuso il firewall per motivi di sicurezza (uso iptables), ovviamente con il firewall chiuso non posso aggiornare i plugin di WP, ho provato ad aprire tutta la classe di @wordpress.org ma non è stato sufficiente, qualcuno che ha avuto lo stesso problema mi saprebbe aiutare?

Ciao @steve92, innanzitutto grazie per l’ottimo lavoro che hai fatto! È davvero molto apprezzato. Ho visto che oltre 200 delle stringhe che hai tradotto sono in attesa di approvazione su translate.wordpress.org.
Pensavo quindi di invitarti sul canale #polyglots per proporti di diventare editor per il plugin UpdraftPlus, in modo che tu possa approvare e gestire le traduzioni del progetto in autonomia.
Siamo interessati anche a sapere quali sono le regole utilizzate all’interno del team Polyglots che non condividi. Proprio in questo periodo stiamo facendo delle revisioni dei manuali e delle guide di stile, per cui siamo anche aperti a contributi e spunti di riflessione per migliorare.
Le nostre regole fondamentali sono:- uso del Glossario e degli strumenti disponibili
(ad esempio, Consistency Tool) - rispetto delle linee guida per stile e tono delle traduzioni
- uso corretto della grammatica italiana
- … evitare traduzioni automatiche “all’ingrosso” senza ulteriori revisioni o correzioni.
Ci sono dei punti fermi, ma non si tratta di regole monolitiche. Lo scopo è fornire delle traduzioni di qualità, che siano consistenti e naturali.
Ci farebbe piacere avere un nuovo editor, oltre che un nuovo contributore a bordo. Sei chiaramente libero di distribuire i file .po e .mo delle traduzioni. Nel frattempo, esamineremo al più presto le traduzioni in coda, in modo da approvare quanto più possibile o chiedere delle modifiche nel caso ci sia qualcosa da migliorare.

I’m trying to figure out with the Home and the customer pages only of Woocommerce when clicked are loading and then blank content.I’ve my website fully updated, and as recommended I started disabling all plugins, switching back to the Twenty-twenty themes but nothing change. Even after relading the page without cache ( CTRL + SHIFT + R ).
