Ciao,
sto riscontrando un problema con WooCommerce riguardo l’invio delle email e la configurazione del campo “Email mittente”. Ecco una descrizione dettagliata del problema e le azioni già intraprese:Problema:
- Le email generate da WooCommerce, come quelle per “Nuovo account cliente”, non vengono inviate. Tuttavia:
- Le email di test inviate tramite WP Mail SMTP funzionano correttamente.
- Altre email del sito (es. recupero password di WordPress) vengono inviate correttamente.
- Il campo “Email mittente” nelle impostazioni delle email di WooCommerce rimane sempre vuoto, anche dopo aver inserito un indirizzo valido e salvato. Ad ogni aggiornamento, il valore sparisce.
Azioni già intraprese:
- Reinstallazione di WooCommerce:
Ho disattivato ed eliminato il plugin, poi l’ho reinstallato. Il problema persiste. - Disattivazione di tutti i plugin:
Ho disattivato tutti i plugin tranne WooCommerce e WP Mail SMTP per escludere conflitti, ma non è cambiato nulla. - Cambio temporaneo di tema:
Ho testato con un tema predefinito di WordPress (Twenty Twenty-Two), ma il problema si presenta ugualmente. - Configurazione di WP Mail SMTP:
- Le email di test funzionano perfettamente.
- Ho verificato che il server SMTP sia configurato correttamente e funzioni.
- Log di WooCommerce:
Non ci sono errori evidenti nei log delle email o negli strumenti diagnostici forniti da WooCommerce.
Ulteriori Informazioni:
- Il sito usa la versione più recente di WordPress e WooCommerce.
- Ho provato anche a disabilitare temporaneamente la cache, senza risultati.
Vi chiedo gentilmente di aiutarmi a identificare la causa di questo problema. Può essere legato a:
- Una configurazione anomala nel database?
- Un bug del plugin?
- Un problema di compatibilità non rilevato?

Ciao a tutti!
Ho dei problemi su WordPress che non riesco a risolvere anche cercando in rete.Un paio di giorni fa ho cambiato dominio al mio blog puntando su un .it (era .net). Funziona tutto e l’importazione ha avuto successo senza problemi. A parte un paio, diciamo, secondari.
- Quando cerco di aggiungere un nuovo tag o una nuova categoria in un nuovo post, lo cancella e mi torna l’alert “Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘toLowerCase’)”; se invece cerco di aggiungerli tramite pagina dedicata (taxoonomy tag o category), l’alert mi avvisa con “Termine vuoto” e non me lo salva.
- Stesso discorso quando voglio aggiungere un’immagine al post. Solo che qui l’errore è più ampio perché aprendo la libreria non mi fa vedere nessuna immagine né da post, né dalla pagina Media. Inoltre, quando cerco di caricare una nuova immagine mi dice “Si è verificato un errore durante il caricamento. Riprova più tardi”. Ma se vado a vedere nella cartella Uploads del file manager me li ritrovo tutti, compresi i nuovi che secondo l’alert non mi aveva caricato.
È inutile dire che ho provato a disattivare plugin e attivato il tema nativo di wp per vedere se andava in conflitto con qualcosa, il risultato è lo stesso. Ho pure controllato le tabelle del db, ma anche lì è tutto ok.
Spero che qualcuno mi sappia consigliare sul da farsi.

Ciao a tutti, mi sono accorto che le regole per il modulo url rewrite di IIS su un wordpress in configurazione multi-site (indicate nella pagina wp-admin/network/setup.php) non funzionano per i file media diversi dalle immagini. Un file caricato dalla media gallery nella cartella upload manda in crash il modulo url rewrite con errore HTTP 500.50. ho provato ad aggiungere una regoletta che sblocca tutti i file contenuti in upload altre regole e funziona:
<rule name “WordPress Rule 0″ patternSyntax=”Wildcard” stopProcessing=”true”><match url=”*uploads*.*”/><action type= “None”/>
in pratica disattivo il rewrite per tutto ciò che sta in uploads, ma non so se va bene.sistema usato: Windows Server 2022, IIS, PHP Manager, PHP 8.3, URL Rewrite 2.0, Maria DB 11.1.2, 32GB Ram

ho questo problema: l’icona del menù a tendina su mobile non viene visualizzata.
Questo capita solo sul sito “live”, se sono loggato in WordPress invece si vede. Il menù funziona, se vado sul punto esatto e clicco il menù si apre, ma chiaramente se qualcuno non lo sa è come se non ci fossa.
Ho provato a ispezionare con Chrome e ho riscontrato alcune differenze tra loggato e live nel punto dell’icona menù.

Buongiorno a tutti,
sto provando ad aggiornare alcune immagine che ho caricato via ftp e inserirle in Media come avevo fatto in passato. Utilizzo entrambi i plugin in oggetto ma entrambi mi danno errore, penso che sia memoria. Sia in wpconfig che in PHP ho già portato a 512M.

ho un problema con wordpress 6.1.1, non riesco a caricare immagini nei post “The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.” e se vado su wp-admin/upload.php appare l’errore 403. Ho ripristinato i permessi dei file e cartelle, ho rigererato il file .htaccess ma nulla. Ho hosting linux su aruba.

Salve, ho un sito wordpress con elementor ancora in locale perchè in fase di sviluppo, su desktop tutto bene, su mobile non carica il logo della pagina (sia nell’header che nel footer), in particolare se clicco su “apri immagine in un’altra scheda” su desktop mi porta a “nomesito/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/logo.png” mentre su mobile a “nomesito/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/elementor/thumbs/logo.png”
Ho controllato tramite ssh sul server e non esiste il secondo “link”, quindi penso che per questo mi da errore tuttavia non riesco a risolvere, aiutatemi per favorePS. se utilizzo la modalità responsive da desktop non ho errori

Hello,
I’m trying to figure out with the Home and the customer pages only of Woocommerce when clicked are loading and then blank content.I’ve my website fully updated, and as recommended I started disabling all plugins, switching back to the Twenty-twenty themes but nothing change. Even after relading the page without cache ( CTRL + SHIFT + R ).
I had a look with F12 and I see the following problems:
1) First error, related to the file path just below.
