Buongiorno,
ho un problema ad entrare come amministratore sul sito. Ho aggiornato il PHP alla versione 8.3 e mysql alla versione 8.0. WordPress è aggiornato alla versione 6.0.9

Quando il cliente cerca di finalizzare il pagamento attraverso carta di credito, quindi dopo aver inserito tutti i dati gi appare questo messaggio che gli impedisce di proseguire con l’acquisto bloccando l’operazione.

Hello,
I’m trying to figure out with the Home and the customer pages only of Woocommerce when clicked are loading and then blank content.I’ve my website fully updated, and as recommended I started disabling all plugins, switching back to the Twenty-twenty themes but nothing change. Even after relading the page without cache ( CTRL + SHIFT + R ).
I had a look with F12 and I see the following problems:

La migrazione l’ho fatta tramite FTP scaricando tutte le cartelle da remoto e poi inserendole nella cartella htdocs.

Carissimi, sono Filippo, un assoluto neofita di wordpress… da un pò volevo creare un sito, quindi ho acquistato un videocorso e mi sono messo subito all’opera! Purtroppo mi sono subito bloccato perchè non riesco a configurare XAMPP in modo adeguato…
Dopo aver configurato Apache e Mysql provo a farli partire sull’interfaccia del programma, ma ricevo questa ‘risposta’ per entrambi:

In aggiunta a quanto detto da @lasacco, l’operazione di aggiornamento che effettui dall’amministrazione di WordPress fa uso specifico di alcune caratteristiche del tuo piano hosting e del server stesso.
Per questo genere di problematiche un primo approccio utile che porta non creare ulteriori problemi è quello di vedere se ti è possibile accedere ai log del server.
Questo può essere fatto in diversi modi a dipendenza del tuo hosting.
1 – Dal CPanel (Pannello di controllo) dove hai tutta la lista delle operazioni che puoi svolgere, dovresti poter vedere una voce logs o errors.
2 – Tramite Ftp, ovvero loggandoti al tuo spazio ftp dove risiede il sito e controllando esista un file nominato similmente php_error.log.
3 – Se nessuna delle precedenti, apri un ticket al supporto dell’hosting e fatti guidare nel reperimento di questo file.
I logs generalmente iniziano con la data, quindi andare a vedere le righe in riferimento a quel range di tempo in cui hai tentato di effettuare gli aggiornamenti.
Una volta in possesso di queste informazioni potresti effettuare un copia/incolla della porzione di log su pastebin.com (rimuovendo informazioni sensibili come l’indirizzo completo dei files ma lasciando solo le ultime porzioni che si riferiscono alle dir di WordPress).
Come già ti è stato indicato, la disattivazione dei plugins potrebbe sortire effetti positivi, magari un aggiornamento recente o un plugin specifico può causare problemi a qualche esecuzione del codice in un determinato contesto.
