 Ieri dopo l’aggiornamento:
 
 Questi plugin ora sono aggiornati all’ultima versione: – MailPoet (dalla versione 5.12.3 alla 5.12.4)
 
 il mio sito ha avuto problemi di visualizzazione, questo problema l’ho già avuto in passato e risolto con Aruba con il ripristino da Backup però ritorna puntualmente,
 
 metto alcune info utili :
 
 tema sito: TeluroVersione: 1.0.61
 
 builder sito: Nimble Builder v3.3.8
 
 WordPress 6.8.1

Ti ringrazio per la risposta, però ho esaminato a fondo la questione e non c’è soluzione, o meglio c’è. ma non soddisfacente. Allora il problema è che il tema realizzato con artisteer non è più compatibile con gli ultimi Wp in quanto quest’ultimi hanno bisogno di Php abbastanza aggiornati. Quindi si crea un circolo vizioso. Posso risolvere utilizzando vecchie versioni di WordPress e vecchie versioni di ph, ma poi può succedere che un plugin si aggiorni automaticamente e la nuova versione non è compatibile col vecchio Wp e blocca tutto. In sintesi le ho provate tutte, ma c’è poco da fare, Artisteer non si può più usare.

Per chi fosse interessato, sto usando Nicepage dove stanno lavorando dei tecnici ex Artisteer. Il sistema è completamente diverso, ha anche molte cose inutili per chi aveva bisogno solo di un Theme-builder, non è regalato, però funziona.

 Non sono fatal error ma solo notifiche. Come faccio a debuggare se non raggiungo /var/www/wp-includes/functions.php? inoltre ho la versione 6.7.1.
 
 Se vado alla sezione di supporto del tema o dei plugin, le info descritte non mi aiutano a risolvere il problema.

 Ciao,
 sto riscontrando un problema con WooCommerce riguardo l’invio delle email e la configurazione del campo “Email mittente”. Ecco una descrizione dettagliata del problema e le azioni già intraprese:
 
 Problema:
 1. Le email generate da WooCommerce, come quelle per “Nuovo account cliente”, non vengono inviate. Tuttavia:
 
 Le email di test inviate tramite WP Mail SMTP funzionano correttamente.
 
 Altre email del sito (es. recupero password di WordPress) vengono inviate correttamente.
 2. Il campo “Email mittente” nelle impostazioni delle email di WooCommerce rimane sempre vuoto, anche dopo aver inserito un indirizzo valido e salvato. Ad ogni aggiornamento, il valore sparisce.
 Azioni già intraprese:
 1. Reinstallazione di WooCommerce:
 Ho disattivato ed eliminato il plugin, poi l’ho reinstallato. Il problema persiste.
 2. Disattivazione di tutti i plugin:
 Ho disattivato tutti i plugin tranne WooCommerce e WP Mail SMTP per escludere conflitti, ma non è cambiato nulla.
 3. Cambio temporaneo di tema:
 Ho testato con un tema predefinito di WordPress (Twenty Twenty-Two), ma il problema si presenta ugualmente.
 4. Configurazione di WP Mail SMTP:
 
 Le email di test funzionano perfettamente.
 
 Ho verificato che il server SMTP sia configurato correttamente e funzioni.
 5. Log di WooCommerce:
 Non ci sono errori evidenti nei log delle email o negli strumenti diagnostici forniti da WooCommerce.
 Ulteriori Informazioni:
 - Il sito usa la versione più recente di WordPress e WooCommerce.
 - Ho provato anche a disabilitare temporaneamente la cache, senza risultati.
 Vi chiedo gentilmente di aiutarmi a identificare la causa di questo problema. Può essere legato a:
 - Una configurazione anomala nel database?
 - Un bug del plugin?
 - Un problema di compatibilità non rilevato?
 Allego il report dello stato del sistema per aiutarvi nella diagnosi.

Sei già riuscito a risolvere il tuo problema?

Personalmente non saprei dirti se ci sono plugin che ti permettono di ottenere quello che vuoi, sicuramente però puoi riuscirci creando una funzione in PHP.

Fammi sapere se hai già risolto, in caso contrario dovresti scrivere qualche info in più sul tema WordPress che utilizzi, il page builder che adoperi e magari anche il nome del template di pagina che vorresti utilizzare.

Sono giorni pienini, per cui perdona il ritardo nella mia risposta.

Puoi scoprire maggiori info su come il plugin funzioni direttamente dalla descrizione del plugin. Il plugin si occupa di analizzare quale plugin è responsabile del problema. Ti metto qui un estratto della descrizione:

Il Detective Otto Bot ti accompagnerà nella risoluzione del tuo caso passo dopo passo, tutto da un’unica schermata.

Semplicemente, apri un caso e di’ al Detective Otto dove vedi il problema. Se ci sono plugin che sono necessari per far funzionare il tuo sito correttamente, di’ ad Otto anche di quelli.

Quindi Otto interrogherà i sospettati ogni volta e terrà traccia degli indizi, segnandoseli di volta in volta. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è rispondere ogni volta “Sì, è risolto” oppure “No, non funziona ancora”. Otto farà il resto. Per lui, trovare il colpevole sarà questione di minuti.

I passi da seguire sono i seguenti:
1. Otto Bot ti mostra il tuo sito e ti chiede di andare alla pagina in cui si verifica il problema. Non è obbligatorio: se il problema si verifica solo da mobile e tu sei da PC, banalmente non interagire con la pagina aperta da Otto e premi direttamente su “Ci sono”.
2. Fatto questo, Otto ti chiede quali sono i plugin necessari al funzionamento del sito. Bada bene, è ovvio che ogni plugin è importante, ma qui si parla più di funzionalità. Ad esempio, non dovresti mettere plugin di cache, di antispam nei commenti o plugin di sicurezza tra i plugin necessari. L’idea finale è inserire solo i plugin necessari al funzionamento della parte di sito che stai andando a testare. Di nuovo, soprattutto grafico e tecnico, ecco un esempio: Se sto testando un e-commerce, perchè non mi mostra il campo “Cognome” al checkout, metterò nei plugin necessari WooCommerce, l’eventuale page builder, tutti gli altri plugin che in qualche modo modificano graficamente o funzionalmente il sito (senza i quali WordPress generebbe errori o manterrebbe visibili shortcode indesiderati). Una volta fatto, procedi.
3. Ora Otto ha disattivato tutti i plugin non necessari e ti fa fare una verifica. DI nuovo: ti apre una finestra con il tuo sito all’interno, ma non sei assolutamente vincolato ad usarla. Se il problema si verifica dal cellulare, prova a replicarlo dal cellulare, ricorda solo di usare la modalità “In incognito” per evitare che il tuo dispositivo si salvi versioni non aggiornate della pagina in cache.
4. Una volta che hai terminato il test, dovrai selezionare il pulsante nella vignetta di Otto corrispondente all’esito della prova. Se il problema accadrà ancora, Otto terminerà il test. Non può farci nulla, e la colpa non sono in questi plugin oggetto di test.
5. Se il problema, durante il primo test non compare, allora Otto proverà a disattivare gruppi di plugin e ti chiederà per ciascuno di dire se il problema si verifica ancora o meno.
6. Continua a rispondere ad Otto e alla fine ti dirà qual’è il plugin colpevole.

 Hello,
 I’m trying to figure out with the Home and the customer pages only of Woocommerce when clicked are loading and then blank content.
 
 I’ve my website fully updated, and as recommended I started disabling all plugins, switching back to the Twenty-twenty themes but nothing change. Even after relading the page without cache ( CTRL + SHIFT + R ).
 
 I had a look with F12 and I see the following problems:
 
 1) First error, related to the file path just below.

 Ciao a tutti, sono diversi giorni che tento di risolvere un problema ma non ne vengo propio a capo!
 
 Sostanzialmente quando navigo le pagine del sito dal menù, vengono visualizzate senza il CSS di WP Backery Page Builder, come tutte le impostazioni come margini, padding ecc impostati dal builder stesso, solo dopo un refresh della pagina però torna tutto a posto. Sembra che cambiando pagina dal menù, la prima volta che viene aperta non carichi le impostazioni css
 
 Ho constatato che disattivando il plugin principale del tema “Noveau core” il problema si risolve “a parte il fatto che ovviamente saltano parti fondamentali del sito”
 
 Ho provato quindi a:
 – visualizzare il sito da diversi dispositivi, diversi browser, diversi indirizzi IP, il problema persiste
 – Svuotare la cache del browser e cache del sito tramite 3 diversi plugin di cache, niente da fare
 – Scrivere all’assistenza del sito (continuano a dirmi che loro non vedono il problema)
 – disattivare tutti i plugin tranne quello del tema “niente da fare il problema sembra partire da li”
 – aggiornare WordPress, WP Backery Page Builder e tutti i plugin all’ultima versione
 – scrivere all’assistenza del plugin per la cache “W3 Total cache”, giusto per chiedere se conoscono il problema, ma mi dicono che sarà un conflitto tra plugin
 – Ho installato un plugin a parte per immettere css senza usare quello di Wp Backery e sembra funzionare, però rimane il problema che tutte le impostazioni come margini e padding delle pagine costruite con WP Backery saltano

 Il problema è evidente entrando ad esempio nella pagina “clienti”, dovreste vedere tutti i loghi disallineati

Altra cosa che vorrei segnalare, lo faccio qui ma se volete mettetelo in qualche guida, non so, come preferite.

Dato che sono diventato scemo, più di quello che sono di mio, perchè uso un template che ha “incorporato” diciamo, Pagelayer come site builder, che conoscerete bene, ma ad un certo punto non funzionava più, si bloccava al 90%
Ho cercato per mesi la soluzione ma niente… poi un giorno ho pensato di disattivare tuttii plugin e ho finalmente trovato la causa: un plugin di nome WP-Optimize che bloccava Pagelayer
Eliminato, o disattivato anche, Pagelayer torna a funzionare perfettamente…

 Salve,
 
 Attivando il plugin Cherry Projects, un plugin gratuito, il mio sito va offline e appare scritto:
 
 Class Cherry5_Insert_Shortcode not exist!
 Class Cherry_Interface_Builder not exist!
 Class Cherry5_Insert_Shortcode not exist!
 A critical error has occurred on your website. Check the site administrator’s inbox for instructions.
 
 Ho provato a disabilitare tutti i plugin, per impostare il tema WordPress predefinito Twenty Twenty-one come tema grafico. Ho provato a impostare la versione PHP su 7.3 invece di 7.4, che è quella attuale. Ma non sono riuscito a risolverlo.
 “Site Health” (nel menu Strumenti) dice che non ci sono problemi con il sito.
 Il supporto dell’autore del plugin Cherry Team non è disponibile.

 Buongiorno a tutti,
 
 Ho un enorme problema con un il builder WP Bakery. Quando vado a modificare qualsiasi pagina, indipendentemente dalla modifica, resetta tutti i “blocco testo” in finto testo annullandone sia il contenuto che la formattazione. Questo succede se lavoro in front-end, mentre se lavoro in back-end, oltre a quanto riportato prima, alcune funzioni non me le fa proprio utilizzare, come ad esempio eliminare una sezione.
 
 Io ho eseguito un aggiornamento di tutti i plugin, di wordpress e del tema installato ma questo problema me lo dava anche prima di aggiornarlo.
 
 Il sito non l’ho costruito io ma l’ho ereditato da un cliente che voleva cambiare web designer quindi non so effettivamente come è stato costruito.
 
 P.S. il plugin non è stato acquistato ma era compreso nel tema che ha acquistato il cliente.
